CURRICULUM, INSTRUCTION & ASSESSMENT
Assessment criteria are different for each campus due to the developmental stages of learning. Teaching staff should check with the administrative staff on each campus to ensure required documents are turned into the office as desired by each principal. Assessment calendars are set by the campus administration.
All analysis forms for 9 week assessments require a signature. The Curriculum and Instructional and/or Technology staff will only enter tests into DMAC that have a principal's signature on the bottom of the analysis form. Please refrain from sending forms via email prior to receiving signatures. Please remember to include names of all teachers needing Scantons . Otherwise, one set of answer documents will be delivered to the teacher whose name appears on the top of the form. All documents need to be entered into DMAC at least one week prior to testing in order to verify sheets before testing begins. All other testing forms can be located on the Instructional Technology Department website.
Double check commercial information to verify the TEK specifies the correct content. Materials published prior to 2008 may not be reflective of the appropriate TEKS.
Planning is important to ensure adequate time is
alloted during the weeks before testing to organize testing day. Please contact
the administrative staff, if copier issues arise.
